Our Plan:
•Use the best materials available in the Industry so that neither we nor our customers have to be concerned about the performance or longevity of our product.

•Make the best use of available technologies such as the Internet and email to keep in touch with our customers and ensure that they have all the information necessary to make timely decisions.

•Provide phone and email support for any questions you may have about installation of our product.

•Keep our overhead low so that we can offer better prices without sacrificing either quality or service.

Our Personnel: We hire only skilled people who share our commitment to providing the best product and service.


Our Customers: We value our customers because without them we wouldn’t be able to work at something we love. We appreciate our customers thoughts and criticisms of our product, our practices and our attitude. If there is anything you feel that we could do to better serve you, we want to hear about it.

Ordering: You can order custom signage by fax, or email. Due to the difficulties in communicating graphic designs verbally, we only accept phone orders for duplicates of previous orders and standard striping products. We will provide a detailed layout of your order along with a price quote, both of which we will fax or email to you so that you may verify all details. In the case of custom artwork you will receive the price quote initially. If there are changes needed to the price quote or layout, you will note them and return them to us for correction. When they are correct you will sign and return both the quote and layout in order to begin production. Our normal turnaround after the final approval is three days. If our workload makes this time-line unlikely you will be so advised. There will be a handling fee of $15.00 on orders below $50.00. Custom Work: We can create or reproduce anything. Just provide us with an example and/or a good description. Our rate for custom design is $50 per hour with a minimum of 1/2 hour. In the case of examples, the better (clearer) it is, the more quickly we can create it.


Terms: All order are prepaid or credit card unless credit terms have been previously established. Our credit terms are 3/10 NET 30 days from shipment. After the due date, a 1.5% monthly finance charge will be applied to the unpaid invoices. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Shipping: Unless you specify otherwise, orders are shipped UPS ground. Three Day, Two Day, Overnight and Saturday delivery are also available, dependent upon availability at your location.

 

 
 
Warranty: Unlaminated Vinyl is covered for 5 Years. Laminated and reflective material is warrantied for 7 years. The warranty covers the failed material and shipping costs.
